MISSION OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OFFICE

Gazi University International Relations Office, which was established with 878-1670 numbered article in 3 February 2003, serves coordination and consultancy in international platform through coordinating with academic and administrative units of the university.

The duties of Gazi University International Relations Office are such as follows:

1. To introduce European Union Lifelong Learning Programme to university, to organize informative conferences about these programmes, to perform necessary organization preparations in participation process and to inform administrative and academic units and students.
2. To build data base of foreign affairs of the university,
3. To welcome the incoming foreign delegations,
4. To represent Gazi University in national and international meetings, conferences and sessions about education.
5. To take place in international activities of Press and Public Relations Office,
6. To follow some relationships with international associations such as Eurepean Rectorship Union that the university has participated.
7. To arrange relevant information and coordination about 6th Frame Program being executed to provide support to scientific researches of European Union,
8. To arrange orientation programs for international students in coordination with Press and Public Relations Office.
