1- St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo (Bulgaria):

Areas of Cooperation

• Exchange of academic staff
• Exchange of student
• Joint research activities, lectures
• Participation in seminars and academic meetings
• Exchange of academic information, academic publications, textbooks and periodical literature between the two Universities.
• Reciprocal exchange of arts exhibitions.

This Protocol has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (the Rector of Gazi University)  and Prof. Plament LEGKOSTUP, Dr. Habil (the Rector of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo) in 02.05.2005, with a view to establish a cooperation in the fields of education, culture and science.

2- Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine):

Areas of Cooperation

• Mutual exchange of student
• Mutual exchange of academic staff and administrator
• Cooperation in research and development

This Protocol has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Anatoliy PAVLENKO (Rector of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University) in 23.05.2006, with a view to establish an academic and cultural cooperation.

3- Korkut Ata Kyzylorda State University (Republic of Kazakhstan)

Areas of Cooperation

• Training-education of quality, development of managerial system
• Exchange of academic staff
• Exchange of licanse, graduate and doctoral students
• Both parties will mutually encourage the conference, symposium, seminary and meeting

This Protocol, has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Bisenov K.A. (Rector of Korkut Ata Kyzylorda State University) in 16.05.2005, with a view to establish a cooperation in the fields of culture, education and sport.

4- Ivane Jawakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Georgia):

Purposes

• Mutually maintaining the organizaton of practical works that enable access to conferences, seminars, courses and information for quality
• To make cooperation on the future qualities of the universities’ academicians
• Exchange of the students, academicians and the representatives in the administrative units
• Exchange of the data, material and reserach publications related to the sphere of interest of both universities for education, teaching and making reserach
• Pooling the library management and librarianship knowledge applications
• Joint research activities

This Protocol has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Giorgi KHUBUA (Rector of Ivane Jawakhishvili Tbilisi State University ) in 04.06.2007, with a view to establish an academic and cultural cooperation .

5- Banasthali University (India):

Purposes

• The Protocol, aims to improve the students point of view to the world and their cultural wealth according.

This Protocol has been signed in 23.09.2005 with a view to contribute to the cultural relationship and also to enhance and strengthen the affairs between Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Aditya SHASTRI (Rector of Banasthali University).

6- Baku Slavyan University (Republic of Azerbaijan):

The Aim of the Protocol

• To establish scientific research fields mutually and to analize the results
• To execute common researches and scientific conferences
• To teach mutually the languages and the cultures of the two universities which are cooperating
• Exchange of licanse, graduate and doctoral students in the fields of summer or training courses
• Exchange of academic staff

This Protocol has been signed in 10.03.2005 with a view to contribute to the cultural relationship and also to enhance and strengthen the affairs between Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. K.M. ABDULLAYEV (Rector of Baku Slavyan University).

 7- K.K.T.C. Ministry of Health and Eastern Mediterranean University Protocol:

The Aim of the Protocol

• The cooperation between the Eastern Mediterranean University  and Gazi University, to execute the feasibility studies needed to open practice and treatment centres such as projection, cardiology, hematology and oncology center, within the suggestions of the KKTC Ministry of Health.

This Protocol has been signed between Prof. Dr. Kadri Yamaç (Rector of Gazi University), Prof. Dr. Halil Güven (Rector of Eastern Mediterranean University) and Dt. Eşref VAİZ (K.K.T.C. Ministry of Health and Social Assistance) in 01.01.2005  with a view to  enhance the health sector.

This Protocol has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Bedi BÜKTAŞ (Rector of for University of Technology, Zürich) in 02.06.2005 with a view to evolve and advance education in the fields of research and schooling and also to create a cultural bridge between the two cultures by academic exchange and cooperation.

10- Sofia National Sport Academy “Vasil Levski” (Bulgaria):

Areas of Cooperation

• The short and long term exchange of the faculty members to give teoric and practical lessons,
• Collective researchs about the subjects that the sides are interested in and expertised about,
• For quality, to conceive oppurtunities mutually for scientific research projects and collective scientific activities (Seminar, conference, congress and panel),
• Active cooperation between the two universities for scientific journals,
• Cooperation between the two universities about knowledge, material, shool books and common publication for education and researchs,
• Besides summer and winter pedagogic implementations for students, collective exchange of faculty members of both the universities on the bases of recreational sports.

This Protocol, has been signe by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Lachezar DIMITROV ( Rector of Sofia National Sport Academy “Vasil Levski”) in 03.05.2007 with a view to enhance the science of sport and ancillary researches and to cooperate about the education of the students in our universities.

11- Kent State University (ABD):

The Aim of the Protocol

• Joint Research Projects,
• Mutual exchange of academic staff,
• To establish scientific research fields mutually and to analize the results,
• To execute common researches and scientific conferences,

This Protocol has been signed in 10.03.2005 with a view to contribute to the cultural relationship and also to enhance and strengthen the affairs between Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Laura DZUREC (Dean of Kent State University).

AGREEMENTS

1.Pristina University ( Kosovo):

This agreement has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Enver HASANI (President of Pristina University) in 13.02.2007. This agreement has been prepared in order to determine the responsibilities of the sides during the preparation and implementation of the I. International Turkology Symposium in Balkans of Turkology Researches which be arranged in Kososva- Prisitinaa within the cooperation of Gazi University (Ankara/Turkey) and Pristina University (Kosova /Pristina).

2. Vienna School of Clinical Research (VSCR):

This agreement has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ (Rector of Gazi University) and Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg EICHLER (President of Vienna School of Clinical Research) in 21.10.2006. The Vienna School of Clinical Resesarch (VSCR) and the Gazi University agree to collaborate in implementing and developing training programs in the field of clinical research. Associcate Professor Zafer Guney will represent Gazi University in the Operational Council of the VSCR.

3. Federal Unitary State Enterprise (ORION, RD&P Center, Moscow):

This agreement has been signed by Prof. Dr. Kadri YAMAÇ in his capacity of President of Gazi University Semiconductor Technologies Advanced Research Laboratory ( further STARLAB) and Anatoly M. FILACHEV in his capacity of General Director of ORION, RD&P Center Federal Unitary State Enterprise (futher ORION), endeavoring to create a favorable environment for sustained and mutually beneficial development of productive cooperation and direct contacts between their respective enterprises, and bearing in mind. Prof. Dr. Süleyman ÖZÇELİK will represent Gazi University in this agreement.
